The Clean & Tone cleanser from the "Tre Ori" line by Ardes is a very practical product, as it allows for deep cleansing in a single application, thanks to the action of the cleanser, and purifying and refreshing, thanks to that of the toner.
Inside, there are primarily the three distinctive active ingredients of the "Tre Ori" line, namely argan, rosehip, and babassu.
Argan oil is extracted from the seeds of the argan tree (Argania spinosa), native to the southern region of Morocco. It has been particularly valued since ancient times for its nutritional, cosmetic, and medicinal properties. The organic argan oil comes from certified organic cultivation at the source and contains a very high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids and Vitamins A, E, and F, which give it excellent moisturizing, nourishing, and protective properties against external aggressions.
The Rosehip oil, which enhances the formula of the "Tre Ori" line, is extracted from the seeds of a wild rose variety that grows in a limited mountainous area of Chile. It is used to protect the skin. It contains a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, linolenic) that provide emollient, moisturizing, and elasticizing action to the cream.
Babassu oil is extracted from the fruits of a palm native to Brazil and is known for its moisturizing and nourishing properties. It is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols that improve the hydrolipidic mantle and provide elasticity to the skin. The presence of natural antioxidants makes it an excellent aid in countering the action of free radicals.
In addition to these three main active ingredients, the cleanser also contains orange blossom extract, which is widely used in cosmetics for its extraordinary properties on sensitive, reactive, mature, dry, and dull skin; this ingredient works by counteracting irritations, revitalizing the skin, and brightening the complexion.
The last ingredient of the formula, although no less important than the others, is witch hazel.
Witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) is a plant of the family Hamamelidaceae, native to the eastern regions of the United States and Canada, where it grows wild especially in wet forests. In cosmetics, witch hazel water is a basic ingredient for emollient preparations and for dry skin.
